DeepBit.net bills itself as a pool for those who prefer a simple reward sharing scheme and fast payments. The fee is 3%. [Edit: A Pay-Per-Share alternative reward distribution has been added as well.]
The announcement states that during this open beta test phase payments are processed daily.
